Freda Best Hooper

BOSSIER CITY, LA. - Graveside services for Mrs. Freda Best Hooper, 88, of Bossier City, will be held at 11 a.m Saturday February 1 at Macedonia Cemetery in Bloornburg, Ark. under the direction of Rose-Neath's Bossier Chapel. The Rev. Elvin Steed, pastor of the church, will officiate.

Mrs. Hooper died Friday January 31, 1986, at Schumpert Medical Center after a short Illness. She was born In Washington, Indiana, had been a resident of Bossier City for 45 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bossier City.

She Is survived by four daughters, Marguerite B. Cupples of Shreveport, Bertha B. Brown of Bossier City, Bobby B. Campbell of Coushatta, La., and Betty B. Kilpatrick of Gibsland, La.; two sisters, Kathleen Spring of Shreveport, and Stella Lones of Lima, Ohio; two brothers, Lev Jones of Lima, Ohio and Pirkle Jones of California, seven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
