About Marie Sue Harris:
Marie Harris Key was the author of a detailed history of the Harris family which is used extensively
in this file.
Marie studied piano in Dallas, Texas for three years, after studying piano in Wolf
City, Texas. She later studied piano in Chicago at the American Conservatory. She taught piano for
several years at Sanger, Texas, and then for twelve years at Corpus Christi, Texas.
