Unproven if this record is for William E. Orchard, but it most likely is, since there is also a T.E. Orchard in the same company, probably his brother Thomas Elliot Orchard.

Found in 1900 Census, GA, Fulton Co., Atlanta, Peachtree St., ED 80, sh. 11B. Age 43; single. Living with mother, Helen Orchard, 70, sister Eugenia Stovall, 34, a widow, and a niece, Helen Gleason, 15.

Living with nephew William O. Lipscomb (son of his sister Elizabeth), age 61; single; occupation: clerk, office.
Apparently he never married.

There is a listing in the SC death records for a William E. Orchard who died Nov. 11, 1915 in Greenwood Co., SC. This most likely refers to this person, since he was living in Greenwood Co. in the 1910 Census.
