Notes for James Denver Hardy

Denver Hardy was raised in Arkansas, and moved to Gregg County, Texas in 1931 with the rest of his family. He served in the Army with the Third Armored Division during WWII, and was involved in heavy fighting in Normandy, France. He returned home to East Texas after the war and was employed with Humble Oil Company, later Exxon, where he remained until retirement. He made his home in Talco, Texas.
